Aurora Projects specialises in planning for the delivery of health and aged care services and for the infrastructure needed to deliver these services effectively.
Aurora has a unique combination of comprehensive in-house skills and extensive experience. This ensures that health and aged care services, their funders and consumers can be assured that projects are being successfully undertaken from inception to completion.
From policy development to regional and local planning plus business case preparation, facility briefing and planning, design, construction and commissioning through to service and facility evaluation, Aurora has the capacity to do it all.
We have a great many successful projects, having delivered services to clients in all states of Australia, in New Zealand, South East Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific.
Service and facility planning and procurement are areas in which Aurora excels. Our work has involved statewide clinical service planning, business cases, feasibility studies, project briefing and design, project direction and management, service plans, asset strategic planning, site master planning, procurement planning and delivery, and specialist studies for both the public and private sectors.
Aurora has been serving the health and aged care sector since 1989.
