Penrith Health Campus Redevelopment Project Director, NSW
Aurora Projects was appointed by NSW Health Infrastructure as Project Director in 2007 to manage the redevelopment works of the Penrith Health Campus.
The overall project comprised masterplanning, services procurement planning and project definition planning. The upgrade of engineering services infrastructure, a new Ambulatory Procedure Centre incorporating operating theatres, 60 surgical inpatient beds, expansion of intensive care services, major refurbishment of sterilising services, 10 additional medical assessment unit beds and expansion of the renal dialysis unit to 12 beds was developed.
WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Project Director
Aurora Projects is the Health Project Director for WACHS Program of Capital Works. Projects range through services planning, model of care development, business case development, project definition planning, all phases of design, project delivery, operational commissioning to defects liability period phases. These projects are located throughout the seven regional areas that constitute WACHS.
Of the nineteen current projects, seven are in delivery phase. These have approved total project funding ranging from $15.0m to $170.0m.
The remainders of the projects are in the earlier phases of planning with total project budgets ranging between $14.0m to $150.0m.
