For each project we establish clear management frameworks which ensure an orderly progression from inception through to completion. We work with our clients to achieve project objectives and desired outcomes, to recognise opportunities and to accommodate constraints. Programs and budgets are agreed and closely monitored to ensure comprehensive management of the total project delivery process.
Successful projects are characterised by well-directed teams of specialist advisers. The project director/manager must be capable of managing, inspiring and integrating the efforts of the entire team, combining technical ability, persuasion and common sense. Aurora has these skills.

- preparation of business cases for major redevelopment of hospitals at Albany, Bunbury, Kalgoorlie, Morawa, Port Hedland and Broome in WA plus a business case for implementation of PACS in country WA
- preparation of business cases for redevelopment of Middlemore Hospital in Auckland and Wellington Hospital, New Zealand
- needs analysis and service delivery options for radiation oncology in ACT
- service and facility planning study for the Mackay, Mount Isa and Cairns Regions in Queensland
- independent reviewer roles in value management studies for various projects throughout Australasia including redevelopment of the emergency department at Royal Melbourne Hospital and relocation of the Peter MacCallum Hospital to Parkville (Melbourne)
- specialist advisor on bid teams for major PPP projects at Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, Orange Base Hospital New South Wales and Royal North Shore Hospital Sydney
