Penrith Health Campus Site Options Study, NSW

Sydney West Area Health Service appointed Aurora Projects during 2009 to undertake a strategic site options study to analyse the opportunities for future growth of the Penrith Health Campus. The study included a detailed analysis of the existing infrastructure on campus and modeling of future clinical need and the infrastructure needed to deliver the desired services. Aurora Projects developed strategic operational plans to align with the planned development together with capital and operational expenditure financial data to support future funding needs.

The Masterplan study provided a strategic way forward to address the immediate and longer term redevelopment profile of the Penrith Health Campus.
