Aurora managed and participated in a value management study for Ambulance Tasmania (AT) “to verify essential requirements of AT’s rotary wing aeromedical service and to make recommendations for the optimal class of helicopter and key characteristics/features of the aircraft that will be necessary to achieve the service requirements’. This interesting role required establishing the value factors, essential service requirements and key characteristics of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service in order to nominate a preferred option from an established shortlist of options.
